We are greatly blessed that the Blessed Virgin Mary is the Mother of our Church, but she is also our Mother. When Jesus was dying on the Cross, He entrusted His Mother to His disciple John and at the same time entrusted John to His Mother. “Jesus said to his mother, Woman, behold, your son. Then he said to the disciple, behold, your mother. And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.” By this act, Jesus not only entrusted His Mom to John, but proved that she is also our Mother too, and we need to bring her into our home too. She is our Mother, and we are her children. And as I said, we are so blessed because we can always call on her and ask her to intercede for us. Mary Mother of God, pray for us.
