“Jesus and his disciples left from there and began a journey through Galilee, but he did not wish anyone to know about it.” Jesus wanted to spend some time only with His beloved disciples away from the crowds. He had so much to tell them and to teach them. Jesus knew that one day, after His resurrection and Ascension into heaven, they would need to carry on His mission. That’s why He wanted to prepare them for that. I think today Jesus is teaching us how important it is to be in solitude with Him. He has so much to tell us; He wants to teach us and prepare us to be His disciples in today’s world. Try to find in your life those moments when you could be alone with Jesus, to listen to Him and to learn from Him.
